Timings

• Check in: 2.00 p.m.
• Check out: 10.00 a.m.

Cancellations: December to March

Cancellation within 5 days (120 hours) of arrival will incur a charge of 50% (fifty) of the accommodation price.

Cancellations: April to November

Cancellation within 3 days (72 hours) of arrival will incur a charge of 50% (fifty) of the accommodation price.

Payment for the Accommodation

7 (seven) days (148 hours) prior to arrival at the property, 50% (fifty) of the accommodation price is to be deposited in the bank details provided. The remaining 50% (fifty) or the balance is to be deposited in the bank account on the day of occupancy.
Registered Guest must provide valid credit card information on making the reservation.

Damage: The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all associated guests and visitors on the property. Damage to the property and any costs incurred, including those of loss of income, will be the responsibility of the registered guest.

• Pets: By arrangement with the owners.
• Swimming Pool: No visitors or activity or congregating in the swimming pool area after 10.00 p.m. as a courtesy to neighbours.
• Smoking: This is a smoke free house. If you smoke, please smoke outside, as far away from open windows and doors as possible.
• Parking: No parking on the grassed area inside the fence.
• Minimum Age The person registering at Check-In must be a minimum of 18 years of age and at least one adult of 18 years or older staying in booked accommodation must be present at all time
• Maximum Number of Guests 8 – residing at the booked accommodation or otherwise by arrangement with owners
