The lounge has built in fire box with wood supplied in winter. TV with inbuilt dvd player, freeview channels, two seater couch and two separate chairs, coffee table, dining table and chairs, electirc heater and two built in divans.

4 x Bar Stools at kitchen bench.

Bathroom/Toilet/laundry

There is a built in shower over the bath. There is a washing machine and old wash tub. Separate toilet.

Fibre

The house has unlimited fibre high speed WiFi, the latest in fixed-line broadband technology.

Garage

There is a box freezer, extra fridge freezer, bbq and gas bottle with a sofa and table, firewood, suspended clothes drying wooden frame. Suitable for two cars.

Fresh Water / Pump House

Off the Pool Room, there is a Pump House which is a small step down room, which contains the filtering system and pump for the water at the house. We have both a Tank and Bore Water supply at the property
